Client cannot open standalone export from latest version

Hi,

did anything change with the standalone export in the latest version?

My client used to be able to run the standalone export a couple of months ago, but now not anymore.

Hello werthen,

If I get it right, you export a standalone and it doesn't run at the client's PC.

What exactly happens when client tries to start the standalone? Does it crash after the start or doesn't show up at all? Would it be possible to provide logs from client's PC?
