Is there a way to turn off the fly-mode in the exe-file ? I don't want my clients snooping around outside, cuz I haven't drawn anything there

In my opinion ,for the walking mode there should be some defined boundary/virtual wall setting and possibility to adjust the dimension of the walking dummy otherwise people would be blocked by any narrow place like loose furniture .

It would be better if you could tag geometry as "ethereal"; furniture, internal doors, glass, water... etc.
Barriers to prevent people moving beyond boundaries are easily implemented by simply using 100% transparent surfaces with no reflection.

As the dummy cant climb steps higher than 18” all it needs is a 19” screen like gadget said around the perimeter of the defined area you want to constrain your clients to
