This is a clip of a project I've been working on. Peter (Solo) here on the forums composed the animation sequences for me. He did a great job. I'm continually impressed with the quality. Although, we really need a waterfall shader, a fire shader and lighting proxies asap in order to do a full presentation on a project like this.. It looks weird with the still waterfall.

Fire, Pool, Pizza

Wow, great job EarthMover! The light proxies will come, I hope they will give your projects an extra amount of detail!

Very nice!!

Great Job!!! good use of materials and lights. thumbs up to Solo as well on the animation!

Here is a fire test using just emissive materials. Not too bad. Would be much better with an actual "fire" material.
Enscape team, trust me, if you guys add support for fire and waterfalls, I can push this product heavily to my connections in the US Landscape market. You'd sell a ton of licenses just on those two features. -
Ha that's a great solution for fire, EarthMover!
Doesn't look too bad but of course it could look more real with a special Enscape material.
Regarding the water: Would it help to simply have the current water material flowing downwards?
-
If Enscape supported video textures in mp4, avi or even gif format then smoke, fountains, etc could be created including TV screens

I have the current water (named) material applied to the waterfalls. Perhaps I'm not getting any water animation because I'm not using a flat plane. Or maybe it's only set to animate on a XY plane and not a XZ or YZ. Having it animate vertically or downwards would help, but a true waterfall material is a must eventually. BTW - Here is the model I made for the waterfall if you want to test it - https://www.dropbox.com/s/8z8x…%20Splash%20Foam.skp?dl=0

NIce work but I missed the pizza! Would sure be a nice place to sit back and enjoy one.
Would really be neat if there was a way to animate the water spouts/fountains.
A little late.........I thought I had submitted this post yesterday. Would love to see the animated textures...........

I added the pizza and a lot of the other bells and whistles in the new renders. I ended up having to move the project out of Sketchup / Enscape and into 3ds Max / Corona Render. These are Corona renders which detail what I would like to personally be able to achieve in Enscape. Light components is one piece of the puzzle, but the other was making a lot of proxies out of the heavy entourage in the scene. (All the plants, food, furniture, etc.) It's all proxied down to make the scene a more manageable size.
I think I could achieve a very similar output from Enscape to be honest. I'm going to leave these renders here and revisit this post when we get lights, fire, waterfalls and better proxy support. Should be pretty cool to compare. -
EarthMover I really like these. They could easily be mistaken for photos.
I wish I could do work even half this good. I am a "one trick" pony and even it has a limp.

Thanks Dave!
