I've never used Enscape before so I have no idea what the problem is but when I start Enscape from my Sketchup model it looks like the attached image.

In the very first instance, can you please make sure that your system meets our requirements:

Perhaps you only have a Intel CPU in your machine, no dedicated GPU? Because I'm afraid, the onboard Intel graphics chip would not be supported.
