I try to change field of view but the size of the sun still doesn't change.
The size of the sun itself should still visually change if you look at it directly for example - feel free to also import your own skybox if it would fit better than any of our horizon or current Enscape sky. Also, what would be your "use case"/advantage of having a larger sun available, which wouldn't be as realistic?
