Enscape Custom Asset Editor - Error when importing into Revit

Your imports contain references to textures that our importer cannot find (either they're not there or the path is wrong), this is a bug unfortunately that we're fixing at the moment. You can circumvent this by removing the "textures" from the .mtl file i.e.: stripping the material of the textures or trying to adjust the path in the .mtl file.

We just now released a fix for this, please download and install 2.9 again.

I recently downloaded the latest version of enscape that the page has and it keeps giving me that error, what can I do ????

I'm sorry to hear about that - have you made sure to also acquire the latest release once more from the download page, instead of running the existing 2.9 installer? Since that existing 2.9 would then not include the hotfix. Let me know if that doesn't help, in that regard it would also be very helpful to receive some feedback reports. Thanks!

I have installed the last preview version: "3.0.0-preview.2+33803"

The same problem still persists. I have tried different models 3d, .obj and .fbx files. Everytime I have tried to do it i always get the same error.

I had a similar error so downloaded and installed v 2.8. Everything worked. Upgraded to 2.9 and problem disappeared. Don't know why - but it worked!
