Hi everyone. Hoping someone here can confirm that the Poliigon page for using textures within Enscape is correct. And hoping to gain a little more knowledge that seems to be spread about the forum vs conclusively in an official wiki.

My main confusion is when choosing between GLOSS and REFL for reflections. According to Poliigon, use GLOSS for non-metal surfaces and REFLECTION (REFL) for metal surfaces. But I get confused all the time of when to invert this within Enscape or not and seem to do a lot of trial and error in this area.
A simple example being a wall texture or painted drywall with the typical orange peel look. There is a REFL and a GLOSS texture available.

And to further complicate this, there are 16bit TIF versions...
