    Welcome to our Forum and thanks a lot for your report.


    It's a bit hard figuring out the exact situation here since it's all in Japanese, but can you generally also not use Enscape via either the Palettes menu:


    Or the top menu?


    If not, you can also try the following:

    Please uninstall Enscape, then reboot the machine, run the Enscape installer again and in the first window of the installation process, where you will see the checkbox named 'I accept the terms in the License Agreement' make sure that is checked. This will enable the Advanced button which you should then click to proceed to the next window which will offer you the option to install for all users of the machine.


    Should that not do the trick still, and you can't find either the top or Palettes menu, let me know and I can record a short guide on how to add Enscape via a custom toolbar like you've tried.
