Had this happen with SKP2020 and Enscape 2.9, now moved Enscape 2.9 to SKP2021 - the problem persists.
When opening the Asset Library it will not open and even block SKP from working unless I kill the Enscape.CustomAssetEditorLauncher process twice.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Just for testing purposes, do you also experience this problem in our latest preview? Also, when you run the Enscape installer again and in the first window of the installation process, where you will see the checkbox named 'I accept the terms in the License Agreement' make sure that is checked. This will enable the Advanced button which you should then click to proceed to the next window which will offer you the option to install for all users of the machine.
Let me know if that doesn't make any difference. -
I have de- and reinstalled numerous times - for one user and for all users - and it didn't make any difference. Unfortunately due to my schedule I currently can't test the preview. Is there anything else I can do?

I got everything. Thank you so much - I'm afraid, since I have not seen this problem before, I will have to forward this to our developers for further troubleshooting. We have to ask for a bit more patience in this regard.

since SKP2021 and Enscape V 2.9.1+34079 the same problem here. Try to uninstall and install and nothing happen. anyone know something?
