jaeyoungkk , have you made sure that the Rendering Quality in the Main tab of our Visual Settings is all set to the same? For example, Ultra or High? With RTX cards you mostly get better reflections, as in, more elements which are located outside the so called "screenspace" will also be visible in mirror and such, to some extend.
But, there shouldn't be such stark differences like you can see here, I suspect that this may be caused by having different Rendering Quality settings, or material settings applied, so can you also please check that the material is really identical?

I checked with the same setting.
[Presets] was loaded and checked on each PC.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I contacted our developers and this behavior should in general be normal aftercall depending on the scene itself as well - with RTX enabled we have the ability to reflect more elements in reflections, and offer more advanced and realistic reflections for glass in general. When RTX is disabled, it reverts to a more simple rendering approach, which is why the glass looks a little bit more "milky" in your scene, a bit different generally speaking.
Hopefully this won't cause you any problems. If so can you please let me know?
Thank you in advance again.
