Thanks for providing us a bug report!
We understand that you've been encountering problems with running Enscape.
Unfortunately, the Intel graphics chip installed in your computer is not officially supported by Enscape.
Enscape may sometimes work on Intel chips, but this seems to be a largely random occurrence and we therefore recommend that you use a different graphics card or alternatively switch to a machine with a dedicated NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
Intel graphics cards are just too slow for Enscape to run smoothly and although we do intend on improving Intel compatibility sometime in the future, it would be highly recommended to run Enscape on a system with a dedicated graphics card.
I would recommend that you refer to our System Requirements for an overview as to which graphics cards are being supported by Enscape.
