please help, i use enscape sketchup 2020 when i open enscape it doesn't show any color like it did in the sketchup model. it has textures but no color. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalled it again but it didn't work. what should i do?

Also, does it help if you reset your Visual Settings:
And have you made sure that your system meets our requirements? I've seen similar behavior when using a dedicated Intel graphics chip only which isn't officially supported by Enscape.

Hi, I'm trying to change the colour on my model (Enscape 3.3.1 free trial + Revit). The material loaded from the Enscape material library is a gold colour. In Revit it's the desired red, but it remains gold in the Enscape view. What am I not doing right...?

Perhaps you are using the Appearance tab in Revit where it is set to Graphics in Enscape or vice versa.
You can have a look at our article herefor more information regarding materials in Revit and how to change this.
You can find this Material Selection option in our General Settings in the Revit tab.
