Welcome to our Forum community steves113 and thanks a lot for sharing your renderings with us!
I really like the scene setup and the project as a whole itself, plus the perspectives are well selected - the contrast, bloom, and color saturation could be a bit much for some though. In my humble opinion, I would tone those values down a bit, but it's of course also a matter of preference. I feel that the contrast especially darkens some of the areas in the scenes a bit too much which covers up some finer details (As evident in picture 07). Hope it's okay to share my feedback!

You're feedback is great and much appreciated! Same comment my architect daughter gave me about picture 07. For the exterior renders I used a 3D photo of the actual site as skybox that I, by chance, found on google maps. That photo had a bright sun in just the right place, and I checked the box to have Enscape use the same sun position. The affect was exactly what I was looking for, but I found it very hard to lighten up the dark areas while using that photo, and all my efforts to lighten those areas did not look as good, so I went with what I have.
Do you think there is a particular setting that could help me?

Yes! Try to lower the Shadows intensity (pull the slider to the left) in the Visual Settings -> Atmosphere tab and make sure Auto Contrast is not checked. It can also help to generally increase the Exposure in the Rendering tab of the Visual Settings as well. Depending on the scene, adding too much Sun Brightness (Atmosphere tab) can also create too much contrast in interior scenes or outside in general. Let me know if those tips don't do the trick.

You have really populated your model quite well !
I am wondering how many hours you have put into the project.
You just need to fix some lightning issues, saturation, DOF, bloom, shadows, contrast and brightness. With the above mention changes your renders and video will come look more beautiful.
