I am doing an Enscape trial. However, when I try to place an element from the library into my floor plan or 3D view, this error message appears - 'Asset cannot be placed. No 3D view selected'.
Is there any way to fix this problem or am I doing something wrong?

First off, just to make sure I'm giving you the right guidance, which CAD solution are you using with Enscape? Also, welcome to our Forum, and thanks for your post.
Could you please help me with this issue? I use the blender to export to .gltf file and when import geometry to create a custom asset, the sofa not showing the correct material. It turns black like the attached image.

Is there a solution for this? I just updated my Enscape to version 3.0.0+39546 and now get a message saying "Asset cannot be placed. No 3D view selected" when trying to place certain assets. Some assets work fine, but I cant place others. I am using Revit 2019.
This may be an issue with our downloaded assets, is this happening for you only when using our Offline assets function or also when using our assets when unchecking the Offline asset box?
If so, does redownloading our assets resolve this issue for you?

I have the same issue with my version 3.0.2. I tried to reinstal Enscape and it is stil happening. Please help me to fix it.

I'm also having this exact problem. Revit 2019. using online assets. Did anyone get help on this? Is it an Enscape issue or a Revit issue? Is the file corrupt? I have audited and deleted families. Still have the same issue. I'm on a deadline. Please help.

Sempre que tento inserir um ativo da biblioteca aparece a seguinte mensagem se erro:
"o ativo não pode ser colocado
nenhuma visualização 3d selecionada"
em anexo tem um print do erro
