Your machine fingerprint shouldn't change unless you're adding / changing hardware components or editing the registry. Could this be the cause?
I haven't changed any component, and it happened 3 times in 3 days in a row. Someone said could be Windows 11 's problem. I don't know.
Hi Demian, I have had the same issue since I bought the License last Month, and your college has reset my License a couple of times, but every time when I reopen my Enscape, the Machine fingerprint changes. So every time when I want to use it I have to ask to reset my License. Is there anyone have the same problem?
That should not happen of course - As asked by Phil above, is there a chance you're modifying your machine in any way components or registry-wise? If not at all, please be so very kind as to also send in a Feedback Report as we detail here.

Thanks for the Reset! I have sent a Email with Screenshots of my Device Manager List. I hope it helps. AndI although wrote I'm think about upgrade it to a Floating License, but I don't know how to do it and waiting for an Instruction.

My computer died so I was not able to deactivate my licence. I had it fixed but it was reformatted- meaning I lost all my software and had to reinstall. Now when I try to use enscape (I use Sketchup Pro), it tells me my seat is being used. I need to transfer my license please! It is urgent! I have deadlines. thanks!

I see your license has already been reset, perhaps you contacted us via another channel as well and one of my colleagues has already done so.
If this was a license connected to another email address, then please let us know.

Hi Demian! I actually sended and e-mail for enscape team but i didnt get any reply so i'm writing my issue here.
I have an issue about my license. Because i changed my pc 3 days ago and deleted all my features on that pc(reset windows). Then, i installed enscape for my new pc but when i use the same license code it says '' You've exceed the number of seats for your license. You can try deactive your license on other machine'' but i cant because i deleted all of the things on my previous pc.
So i cant use my license code that i have, can you reset my license too?

I reinstalled windows on my machine, it was a downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10. I didn´t know that it was necessary to deactivate the Enscape license before, now I can´t activate it again. can you help me to reset it? Let me know how do I have to send you the license Key.

No worries, your license should be fully reset now again, so please try activating Enscape again - If you still experience any problems, please also briefly send me your license key through a DM.
