Did Not Deactivate Fixed-License before Re-Activating on Same Machine...AGAIN!

Today I had to do a total Reset of WIndows !0. Ánd after re-installing Revit I blindly installed the Enscape plugin before informing Enscape that my fixed license would need to be deactivated before I re-activated it on the same machine. I did this once before, and because I am a slow learner, I dont remember what the work around was.

If anyone has found themselves in this situation, and remembers the workaround , please let me know. i also sent a note to support@Enscape. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that! No workaround that I am aware of at least, but feel free to send me your license key via a DM too and I'll reset it as soon as possible, just in case you haven't heard back from our support team yet.

Hi Demian, I have had the same issue since I bought the License last Month, and your college has reset my License a couple of times, but every time when I reopen my Enscape, the Machine fingerprint changes. So every time when I want to use it I have to ask to reset my License. Is there anyone have the same problem?

Your machine fingerprint shouldn't change unless you're adding / changing hardware components or editing the registry. Could this be the cause?
