Dear Forum Community,
with the addition of our new Assets (and the release of Enscape 3.0) some people experience problems with their Asset scaling in projects - existing or new Assets are way larger than set up.
We've been able to fix the issues relating to the incorrect asset scaling. This might have affected you in two ways:
1. Your existing projects suddenly show large assets in Enscape.
In this case, please delete the folder %temp%\Enscape\Assets and restart Enscape. All assets should show up in their intended scale.
You can also find the folder via this path: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets\
2. Assets you've placed in the CAD are too large.
The geometry in the CAD can unfortunately not be changed by us after the fact. This means these assets need to be replaced. Delete the asset, restart the asset library and place the asset again. The geometry in the CAD should show up in the intended size. This should only affect assets placed in the last hours.
Important:
If your assets only appear large in Enscape (not in your CAD) you do not have to delete the placed assets, only the temp folder! See point 1 for how to fix this issue.
Please allow us to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and please let us know if this does not resolve the issue!
Thank you!
