What is this a dealership for ants?

Guys and gals - temporary solution is to dowload all the assets to work offline. fixes it.
-
UPDATE - Our developers have advised that this issue should be resolved for many users - for the fix to take effect, please trigger a new download of the Asset Library by deleting the following folder:
%temp%\Enscape\Assets
This should trigger a download of the correct geometry. The Enscape renderer needs to be restarted for this fix to work.
Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue for you!

Can you be a little more specific to the folder location?

Thank you. any ideas how we batch do this for our 200+ employees?
-
You can make a bat file and add it to a login script or put it on your network drive for them to run.
rmdir C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets /s /q
the /s does all subfolders and /q is quiet mode (no prompts)

jtubb Sure, you can also find the folder via this path:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape - there should be a folder at this location named "Assets". Deleting this folder will trigger a new download of the Asset Library.Thank you this worked great!
-
I did the same and figured out why... You went to Enscape in local folder when you should have gone Local->Temp->Enscape
-
You are in the folder
c:\users\mhykin\appdata\local\enscape, but you need
c:\users\mhykin\appdata\local\temp\enscape

Deleting the Asset folder didn't prompt an automatic new download of the Asset Library.
What do I do?
-
Is there another way to fix this? I have deleted the assets folder and reloaded enscape -- and checked that the asset folder has updated, and I am still having the scaling issue.

Is the Offline Enscape Assets button checked by chance?

Deleting the %username% Temp folder does indeed create a new instance of the folder when browsing through the online assets.
I tried several times to update and download the content into an offline directory, and each time it stops with a network offline message. If I look at the online version, there are a few assets that say Loading Failed in red. I suspect these are causing the timeout issue with the offline download process.
I imagine almost every Enscape user is trying to download the assets from your server at the same time.
I'll try again later.
