  • The new Enscape update is working great however many of the new vegetation assets when loaded in my Revit model are massive and at a huge scale but when rendered in Enscape itself they are at the correct and normal scale so the interaction between revit and enscape the scales are not working right??

We're sorry about that - to resolve this, please check out the thread here:

    Enscape Assets scaling problem

  • There is likely one or two issues.:

    1. Your existing projects suddenly show large assets in Enscape.

In this case, please delete the folder %temp%\Enscape\Assets and restart Enscape. All assets should show up in their intended scale. You can also find the folder via this path: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets\. If you've selected the option to store assets off-line, uncheck and re-check the option for off-line assets. This should refresh your asset library and correct the issue.

    2. Assets you've placed in the design file are too large.

The geometry in the design file can unfortunately not be changed by Enscape after the fact. Unfortunately these assets need to be replaced. Delete the asset, restart the asset library and place the asset again. The geometry in the design file should show up in the intended size (this should only affect assets placed in the last hours).

Important: If the assets only appear large in Enscape (not in your design file) you do not have to delete the placed assets. Only the temp folder.
