Enscape 3.0 Free Trial Licence problem

I have reset both of your trials.

Hi! I believe I requested an Educational License but when I opened and installed it says that it is a "Trial" and that I only have 8 days left? I am using it for a class and can't have it expire. Also, what is the difference between the Educational license and the Trial? I need full access for my assignments. Thank you for your help!

Welcome to our forum.

We do not process educational license support in the forum anymore, please contact our educational department as seen in Demian's post here regarding the license issue.

The limitations on our trial are:

• The Standalone Executable Export and Web Standalone Export functions are unavailable
• You can not use the Customization options found in our General Settings

• A watermark will be applied to any Render and our Video Export function

I can extend your trial by 14 days so you have some additional time to sort the issue out, for that, I would need your machine fingerprint which you can find under the About button, and then selecting Manage License as seen here.

It seems you simply haven't activate the student license again after reinstalling? Could you kindly make sure to re-activate your key as we detail here? Thank you in advance. If you're not sucesful and also still see watermarks using your license, please get in touch with educational@enscape3d.com as we cannot handle student license inquires here in this Forum.

Please also be so kind as to quickly copy-paste the machine fingerprint for me if I shall renew your trial period in the meantime, thank you.

No need to activate, you should be able to continue the trial as well via the dialogue that opens - Is that not the case for you? If so, can you send me a screenshot of that window you refer to?
