Enscape Free Trial Expired? (Please see marked reply)

    Just tried installing the enscape extension into Sketchup after I downloaded the free trial and it says there is 0 days left. Is there a way to solve this? My machine finger print is qzC+82RWuY4U7vqJ/BtOPISf49m+GVJzFb5LJ8P93w0=

    Thanks for your response, however I am still unable to use the trial. The message says I have an invalid license. I have only been able to use the trial once on the same day that I downloaded it which is 16/05/2023, would I be able to to have the trial license reviewed and renewed to start from today please?

    I also have same problem. I downloaded free trial of enscape on the desktop my workplace today, but it is saying that the license has expired.

    Kindly try again now and you should be able to make use of another 14 days of trial time.

    Excerpt of interest:

    "You can create a support ticket through the Help Center. Simply click the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page. Log in with your existing Enscape account, or if you don't have one yet, you'll be prompted to create one."


    Trial time reset requests will thus also not be processed via the Forum anymore.

    Please refer to my reply just above you - It is unlikely I'm afraid that we'll be able to renew your trial twice but you can still elaborate why you require an additional 14 days and we'll see what we can do.

    Before this, I was using student free license but it just expired several months before
