There is no direct way to transfer material files at the moment, but you can always make sure that when linking textures in the material editor that you're using the same path as on other machines. So for example, you can save all the textures under C:\Textures and then use the same directory path on the next machine and so on. We want to provide a dedicated file/material manager in the future to make this process more flexible though.
