Glass Transmitted Light

Please note: Should you experience issues with Enscape or your subscription, and in case of any urgent inquiries/questions (e.g. regarding our upcoming licensing changes) please reach out to our dedicated support team via the Help Center or Support button as detailed here.
  • This feature might be very complicated to implement, but is there any way to have the light that passes through colored glass change to reflected the color of the panel. Right now if light goes through a red glass panel the light that projects onto the ground is still white. It takes a user away from their experience when going through a space that is suppose to have a atmosphere based on the color of the windows.

Thanks a lot for the request Tearch . :)

It is indeed complicated to implement and poses a rather technical challenge especially without the use of RTX technology - I'd even say that without using RTX it would eat up too much performance anyway, but this may be something that will be added into Enscape in the future to work on RTX cards or even AMD cards that support pathtracing.

I will definitely forward your feedback and upvote to the existing topic asking for this specific functionality.
