We often use the collaborative annotation tool to do live issue management with our design team including MEPF and sometimes the Contractor.
It would be really useful to be able to export all issues to a pdf report format that can be distributed to the team (particularly when parties are absent).

Tuireann , just to make sure you're aware, you can also always export everything as a "BCF" file as described here:

Afterwards, you can use some online tools as well to convert this to a PDF file. Let me know if you require any assistance with that, and kindly let me know in case this is not a valid option for you?
