Thank you for the input - Please kindly also await the reply from support/educational@enscap3d.com next time you require a license reset and have forwarded your request already via e-mail. In this case, I've still reset the license directly, so please try to activate Enscape once more!

In this case my student license key has been deactivated because i have reached my fixed seats limit, but actually i just have one device even not yet use it. Can you help me to solve this problem asap? Thank you!

Hi, moving the license from one computer to another is a big problem, every time I am denied the possibility because it tells me that the license is already active on the other computer.
I hope that this problem will be fixed in the next versions of enscape.

It should already be reset, please try activating Enscape again if you haven't.

Please briefly send me your e-mail tied to the Enscape license of yours, or the key itself through a DM and I'll reset it for you.
