I can go through the whole process of rendering the high quality panorama and uploading it to the cloud, but I never get a link to view it. Is this a bug?

After uploading, this button with the little eye does not appear?

I get the little eye when I upload the normal resolution to the cloud, but when I upload the high resolution, it goes all the way through the upload progress bar, but then I get no link to view it. I didn't know if it was a bug or a restriction with the web viewer that it will only host normal resolution panos.

We can't reproduce that. It's working fine for even 4K stereo panoramas:

There is no such restriction. Could you please try it on another computer with a different internet connection? Maybe your firewall or proxy disallows this upload.

I tried it in a different file and it worked. When I try it with the project I'm working on, I now get an error saying upload failed. Must be an issue with my file or something. Here's the link to the panorama it created. - https://www.dropbox.com/s/3gur…7-05-03-20-16-18.png?dl=0

I want to have a barbecue there!
Could you please share your project with us for further analysis?

Hello - I was having a similar issue where the progress bar would go all the way when I try to upload a panorama and then do nothing. Now I get an error part way through which says cannot upload panorama. I've tried disabling the anti virus software and copying the geometry into a new file but still seem to get the same thing.

I have facing the same problem. "The file can not be uploaded"... have no clue how to get this problem solved...help please~

I think I got a solution. I simply just change the Stereo Panorama to Mono, then it allows me to upload it... not sure why, but nice to make something work at least.

There are several possible reasons for the cloud upload to not work:
- If you are using a proxy server and haven't configured it correctly, all network related Enscape features do not work. These include floating licenses, sending feedback and panorama upload.
- If you are using a firewall that needs explicit whitelisting, you need to whitelist "http://api.enscape3d.com:80" for panoramas to work.
- The server accepting the panorama has a memory limit for each request. The image is converted to JPG before sending, but in rare cases the size still exceeds the memory limit, especially for stereo panoramas in highest resolution. We have increased this limit in October 2017, but it looks like it's still too small in a few cases.
- The server accepting the panorama has a time limit of 2 minutes for each request. If you have a very slow internet connection, this might be the reason.
claudio034 If you send the panorama [Save as png] to our support team with a link to this post, we will check what we can do in terms of increasing the server memory limit. I simply don't want to increase it without further data.

Hi there,
I have just discovered Enscape and am exploring its potential with the trial version (and am very impressed so far).
It seems I am having the same problems with Panoramas.
When uploading a normal resolution panorama to the cloud it works well - no problems at all.
However when changing the 'Capture' setting to high resolution, I get an error message about half way through.
I get the error message well before the 2 minute time limit as mentioned in a post above. It is only a mono panorama - file size 26.5 MB.
I have attached a screenshot below of the error message.
Many thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Manuela

Hi houseofmanuela , welcome to our forum!
First off, please make sure to read and follow the corresponding instructions (if you're using a proxy or firewall with restrictions) from the post of Simon Weinberger right above.
Should this not resolve or explain this behaviour at hand, could you please send us some feedback using the Feedback button in your Enscape ribbon:
Please make sure to include your forum name or some reference in the submission form, so that we know the feedback comes from you.
Your feedback report should then help us in further identifying the cause of this issue. Thanks!
