Franmj , indeed, when you reset your machine without revoking the license first, then we will have to reset it manually briefly. Feel free to send me your license key via a private message and I'll reset it for you - in the future, please kindly contact support@enscape3d.com instead for usually even quicker support which is of course important in a case like this.
