Hi Paul Russam
I haven't seen this message before.
Could you send us a feedback report via the Enscape Feedback Button so we can have a closer look at this?
Please add a link to this thread and direct it at me so I can take this up.
I will update this thread as well once we have any more information regarding this message.
I think I've found what's causing the warning, I've sent a feedback with a link to this thread and I'm attaching a SU2021 model with the offending assets.
I have a std run of trees I surround my houses with to provide something outside the windows/beyond the fence.
I've used it for some time and it must contain some trees that were deleted from the asset lib, but as I'd downloaded the assets they were still in 'my' cached lib. When I updated from 2.9 to 3.1 I re-downloaded the lib and obviously never got the now-deleted trees.
If assets are going to be deleted from the lib in the future then this dialog is going to pop up again ..... Having some way of identifying the missing assets will be needed
Hi Paul Russam
Thank you for sending in the log files and the additional information.
I was able to reproduce the message when having the Offline Assets box checked and starting Enscape, unchecking it did not give the same result.
Is this similar to your experience or also when you want to render a view?
Interesting ..... I do have Offline Assets enabled. I didn't think to try it with it disabled.
Makes me think that at least 2 assets haven't been downloaded when I initially enabled OA.
I'll try rending that treeline with OE disabled and see if there's a visual/dialog difference.
glitch of trees during exportation of image, anyone knows how to solve this kind of issue?
Why have you replied to a 2 ½ year old thread?
