I was looking forward to the new material library but I can't seem to figure out how to use the materials in it. Could someone help me out with this please.
When I click on the material, the border gets highlighted, nothing happens when I double click or drag it out. When I right click, I see select all and deselect all.
Thanks!!

How to use the new material library?

Oh wow thank you so much.
Now I've run into another problem, the bottom part of the material window is hidden behind the taskbar and I can't make it smaller. So I will have to hide my taskbar every time I want to use it.Is there a solution/workaround for this which does not involve moving or hiding the taskbar?

Hi Rackmo
Are you using a lower resolution screen perhaps like 1366 x 768 or so?
Are you able to increase the resolution perhaps, and what is your maximum?
1366 x 768 is the maximum resolution of my laptop unfortunately

put the taskbar on the left or right

I have the same issue. I have a Lenovo Ideapad C340 and I don't have the 'Import Selection' Button at the bottom right of the materials library window
Edit: I had to play around with the screen resolution and scale of the display to get the button to show up!

Welcome to our Forum and I'm sorry to hear you had to deal with his.
Can you let me know what your typical normal resolution is? Perhaps alongside you also activated the windows scaling function:
Maybe this had been set to a higher than 100% value, in combination with a low resolution this could very well cause some problems.
