    Dear Forum Community,

    Whenever you wish to report a bug, crash or technical issue with Enscape generally, please use the Feedback Button so that we'll receive your machine information, log files and potentially crash dumps which are all vital for troubleshooting.

    When reporting a bug especially, please try to answer the following questions in the Feedback form as well:

    1. What is the desired/expected behaviour?
    2. What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
    3. Can you provide an example file or at least an image where we can observe what's happening?

    Try to follow the following points in the Forum itself:

    1. Try to separate your requests into separate threads
    2. Search for duplicates before posting

    Besides the Feedback Button you can also contact our support teams directly via our Helpcenter as detailed here. (Especially in case you have problems with your license and/or issues unrelated to bugs/technical problems)
