Hi there, it is basically impossible to work with enscape 3.2; it keeps crashing archicad, how to reload the old enscape version? Help needed, because I cannot finish my current project..

same issue. Enscape 3.2 crash when try to export screenshot..

You can acquire a (or the) previous release here. And to anyone who generally experiences crashes with 3.2 please be so kind as to send in a Feedback report with your log files. That will allow us to troubleshoot and resolve this problem for you as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance!

Hello, same problem for me. Enscape 3.1 works fine, but when I start 3.2 Archicad crashes immediately while "exporting geometry and materials". I already sent the crash report. Hope you can help! Thanks.

The Same here
Enscape 3.2 crashes ArchiCAD soon after starting Enscape. Reinstalled several times. Sended LOG Files to support.
I am going back to 3.1 which Installation file I saved for me.
You should better put it back from the downloadpage, replace it with 3.1 and take enough time to fix 3.2.
It coasts to much time this game with install, reboot, reinstall several times and writing with support.

Same here. Crashes on launch of 3.2 from archicad. Have to rever to 3.1 for it to work. From Sketchup works fine.

I can not find any reports tied to the e-mails you've used for this Forum - Please send in a Feedback Report so that we can give you either a solution or find out the cause behind your crashing.

Thanks Demian, I've received a reply to my report (via my work email) with a fix suggesting the new hotfix for Nvidia drivers, I''ll give iot a go when I get some time in the next couple of days.

I will sent the same reaction via feedback: We installed the latest nvidia driver 497.09 buit still encountered problems (i have nvidia rtx 3080 on a windows pc btw). Is this a newer hotfix?

I've also not been able to run Enscape 3.2 (63301) on my files. It crashes pretty quickly after the splash screen. I made sure i had the latest Enscape and then updated my Nvidia drivers. Still not working.
I did open a new file from template and was able to run Enscape on that file, though.

I can see that this was caused by the currently circulating faulty AMD chipset drivers.
Since you mentioned it's resolved now, let me know still in case you require any further help in the future.

I've checked your report, and unfortunately in this case it's not related to the AMD chipset drivers since you have an Intel Chip installed in your machine - We're still in the process of analyzing your log files, but will get back to you again as quickly as possible through the created case/ticket.

Okay, thanks. Maybe good to mention that the problem is not occurring with empty or small Archicad files. And now I'm gonna install Enscape 3.3 preview. Maybe it's my lucky day....
