    Ofri , thank you for your post - I am sorry to hear about that. As the next step, please send us a Feedback report with log files as detailed here. Through the logs and machine information, we can then troubleshoot the cause behind this issue. You can also acquire a previous release of Enscape here in the meantime.

    I was getting the same, I got the feedback dialog but it and SketchUp completely crashed before I could fill it in and send it…. Tried to render a couple of times with same results.

    I’m back on 3.1 for now as I don’t have time to test/diagnose.


    SU2021 latest

    Nvidia RTX2070 with latest and previous studio driver versions.

    Tried with Enscape’s RTX, denoiser etc on and off with same results.

    I was trying with plain new model adding elemnts from the original model in steps...
    it was ok exporting "white" mode on HD and fail to export on "NONE" mode on HD
    i stopped there :(

    Back with Enscape 3.1.2 fo now.

    I upgraded to Enscape 3.2 earlier today but ever since I upgraded, the software keeps crashing when trying to render images. It worked perfectly for every other version of enscape. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

    After updating to the new version 3.2, Enscape crash every time I try to save an image due to problems with the graphic card.

    I run a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050, with the driver updated, which has always worked flawlessly with the previous versions of Enscape....Has anything changed with this new version from about the minimum system requirements?

    Unfortunately, We have the same problem here.


    With Enscape 3.2.0, Rhino 7 will get crash when we start rendering.


    I have updated the Nvidia driver to the enterprise version 472.47 and cancelled the DLSS option, then it works now, but still we are not 100% sure on the issue.


    Rhino 7.11

    Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 with Enterprise driver 472.47.

    Dell Precision 5820 Workstation Tower.

    Dell UP2716D Screen.

    scouza , nede , Xiaoyu_Wang , Eilanit please send us a Feedback report with log files as well - We're in the process of investigating the crashes occurring in 3.2 to offer a solution as quickly as possible. With the help of your reports, we will be able to do so even faster. Thank you in advance!

    In most of these cases (if not all), it seems to also boil down to a compatibility issue with a specific version of NVIDIA drivers, so rolling them back to a prior version to those may already help, anyone who has the chance to try 3.2 again with this method. We're still investigating though and will update everyone accordingly once we know more exactly.

    I rolled back the Enscape 3.2 version and its working now. My graphics are NVIDIA Quadro P2200 ad are up to date concerning the drivers.

    Should you perhaps have the time and chance (no worries at all if not) you could try rolling back your NVIDIA drivers to a version prior, so that they're actually not up to date. Basically also just for troubleshooting purposes, to help us further pin down the exact cause behind this.
