In this case, I would recommend simply downloading the scene once more - Alternatively you can try adding the textures folder in the appearance path menu:
May I ask what kind of modifications you've made to the textures folder?
octron , thanks for your reply - The material selection is usually set to Appearance by default, so you may have edited it prior? Just to make sure this is not caused by a bug on the side of Enscape. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve it in any case.
