The assets library is unusually slow to load, taking up to an hour to load just one category of objects. How can I fix this?

isabelled , I'm sorry to hear about that - Can you simply try acquiring the library offline then by clicking the checking the "Offline Asset Library" checkbox on the bottom right of the Asset Library window?
Also, can you let me know where you're located (which country), and do you generally experience a slow internet connection outside of Enscape and its features?
