I have the start up issue too and i have submitted the report.
I am using GTX 1660 Ti and have updaed drive to 511.65 as well as latest enscape 3.2.0+65063.
any helps?

I'm sorry to hear about that, and we want to apologize for the delay - After analysis, this issue should be caused by your AMD chipset driver - the previous chipset drivers were incompatible with the drivers of your NVIDIA graphics card. This problem has been solved by AMD in their latest driver release, which you can download here.
Generally updating your AMD chipset driver should resolve the issue you are having.
If this issue persists after taking this step, please also acquire and install our latest release, and make sure that your GPU drivers themselves are also fully up to date. Looking into the report I can see that both the Enscape version and NVIDIA drivers you're using are outdated.
Let me know in case those steps do not resolve your problem.
