Just to make sure right away, you have both installed our latest preview accordingly but run into these issues? Because the current latest release does not yet Support SKP 22 so you'll have to make use of the preview instead if you haven't already.
If so, please kindly try re-installing the Enscape-preview for all users on your machine:

Should that not do the trick, please kindly get back to me.

It worked, thanks!
I had to uninstall first.
then install the 16/3 preview version in advanced mode and select - Install for all Users
then it worked in SKP2022
further edit..
this did not work for a completely new install. hmmm.. hopefully 3.3 will be out soon.
Its what some of us say in the UK- a pretty piss poor performance.

My apologies, I did not see the edit until now. Does this problem still persist? Have you also tried our now latest preview as well?

Do you also experience similar issues? Are you unable to install our latest preview to make use of our newly added SU 2022 support?
Ok just noticed added 2022 has been added thank you.
Perhaps it might be helpful if the term Beta instead of Preview is used to avoid future confusion?

We considered the term Beta as well but for now, decided to use Preview - That might change in the future but it seems like this would also boil down to a matter of preference per user. Hope that makes sense, but thanks for the input!
I think the general question/concern is: what exactly is holding up releasing a build to "simply" support SU2022 without having the user base run a Alpha/Beta/Preview. This is particularly important in today's software world where everything is SaaS subscription and constantly updated. It's not like SU reinvented the wheel on this update.
I'm with you Tim. I think they should have patched in support for SU2022 already. I'm trying to update several machines to 2022 for a better layout experience but Enscape is holding up the process because I use it so often.
+1 on this - totally unacceptable honestly. Telling customers to hold off on their upgrade and then have them work with a beta is not something you would expect from a reputable software company.
