I'm unable to set curve resolution in Enscape.
It doesn't depend on VW resolution which is set to extra fine!
An image is better than 1000 words...

This has been an issue I've been dealing with for quite some time.
When the plugin was first released this wasn't a problem.
At some point they changed something and Enscape no longer produces curved surfaces.
I've addressed this in other threads and opened a support ticket and nothing got resolved.
I was told this is how it is supposed to work.
The only way I've been able to fix the issue is to convert my object into a mesh and turn on mesh smoothing.
This of course removes any ability to edit the object.
