Seems to me that the ies files are there but are not aligned to the fitting corrrectly.
Preview 11 vs Preview 12
Thanks a lot for all the examples - I've forwarded this behavior to our developers accordingly to look into.

Dear enscape team, in the process of using version 3.3-3.4, we always encountered various annoying bugs, such as software lock, flash back, crash and so on. We hope to use stable enough software for our actual project design work in the future

If you experience these issues with our latest preview as well, feel free to also always submit a feedback report to our technical support team. I know you're aware of functionality of course, but frequent amount of crashes are not normal and we'd like to troubleshoot them further. You can also use said feedback report to submit any bugs you still encounter in Preview 12. Thank you tas_1985 .

but frequent amount of crashes are not normal
Fwiw: we've experienced more crashes with every release since 2.9, with 3.4 being the least stable to date. We're trying to report issues as much as we can, but we rarely get any further then 'upgrade your driver and reinstall enscape'. It's very time consuming for us to play that game every time, so we often just give up trying to get to the real root of the problem.
I have to admit I often have a feeling that new releases aren't fully QA/QC'd on large (Revit) models. The sample models you made are great for promotional purposes, but real world projects are often an order of magnitude larger/more complex.

+1 for IES cones not projecting in the correct direction. Submitted a bug report from the render window. Reverted back to the last preview build and it's working correctly.
Using latest SketchUp.
-
Same problem, the IES cones are projected to a different side than the direction.

Thank you as well. It's filed as a bug internally and I'll keep you posted once I have any updates again.

Dear Forum Community,
We've just released the latest Enscape v3.5 Preview - Version 13.
NEW:
Multi-Bounce Mirror Reflections
We’ve added multiple bounces of reflections for mirrors and other low roughness surfaces. While previously all materials appeared matte in reflections they now render much more realistic based on their material roughness parameter, as can be seen in the comparison images below (note the water-tap and reflective tiles). Multi-bounce reflections are currently only supported for the “Ultra”-quality setting (with hardware ray-tracing enabled) for still images and capturings.

UPDATE:
Improved Performance in Scenes With Many Light Sources
In scenes with an overall large amount of light sources (e.g. several thousands of lights) we’ve significantly improved rendering performance up to 3x.
BUGFIXES:
Incorrect Light Orientation
We’ve fixed the issue with incorrectly oriented light sources that was introduced in the previous preview.
Certain Assets Don’t Appear in Enscape
We fixed a problem that caused some assets to not show up in Enscape.
Please refer to this article for instructions on how to download the Preview version.
If you wish to get a full overview of what's been added with Enscape 3.5 Preview 12 and full releases prior, check out this release/preview notes gathering thread here.
Warning: Preview versions are not production-proven, so be aware that there can be issues, and please report any of them back to us either on this thread or via the normal support channels. Doing so will help us with providing an even more stable and reliable product in the future.

Should be coming out a bit earlier than mid of April, but no definite promises we can make yet.

I've been waiting so long for this preview version
thanks

Maybe, i wrong something.
I tried to re-render an old project to verify the improvement, but the result was a disappointment.
Mirror in mirror appear better 3 year ago than now.
All the RTX settings are ON and the quality is set to Ultra.
Any idea?

That's definitely not the expected result for this scene. If this is Sketchup: Can you please make sure that the mirror material is the front side material?
-
that's wonderful, i've been waiting this reflection function for every minute, i'm in a comercial company and i'm making video so that it's important to me showing items in luxury bathroom, thanks team

Hi Clemens,
Yes, it's Sketchup and yes, the normal of those faces is correct.
I am going to try to add some informations. I hope will help.

Thanks, that looks all as expected. I cannot explain right now, why this wouldn't work on this setup - the multibounce reflections should kick in, once the camera stops moving ("restmode") or when you do an image capturing.
If possible, would you mind sharing the Sketchup project with Demian Gutberlet to have a look at? -

hi Clemens,
I updated my nvidia drivers without success.
But, for some reason, new scene render pretty "correct" with reflections (see below)
Maybe some old settings was still stored in my old scene and even I resaved it those have still remain
Fun Fact: in my old scene when I switch from Ultra to High, instantly the mirrors reflect correctly, but in restmode they appear white. -
