    Rebrand0778 , this isn't possible natively and I am not aware of any specific straightforward or simple method to have these kinds of animations in Enscape I'm afraid - Feel free to also forward your feature request to product management directly please, so that they're aware of the further demand for this. At the moment I have to say though that animated objects are not on our agenda.

  • Rebrand0778 you can use a Skup plugin like Keyframe animation or Fredo 6 animator.
    with these plugin you can do some scene to have your door movement and in Enscape you need to do a single frame render for all frame using batch rendering, after that you need to use a video sotware to connect toghether all frame.

  • At the moment I have to say though that animated objects are not on our agenda.

    Thanks for the heads up, I have been asking and waiting for this for a few years, I'm assuming it will not be available in a couple of months' time when it comes time to renew my subscription. Fortunately, there is another software out there with both animation tools as well as volumetric lighting.

  • Hello,

    @Rebrand0778

    A solution to produce, what you are requested, is to use in SketchUp, the commercial plugin "Keyframe Animation v2.4.2" from Regular Polygon available HERE, which is now comptatible with Enscape.

    This plugin is able to create SketchUp scenes with the object animation "baked in", called "Tweens"

    You have to create your scenes and then in each scene you can apply any transformation you want to any object in that scene (translation, rotation, scale and more like reflection and inversion)

    Tweens are then created to interpolate objects between key frames.

    And finally, all image sequences, at a chosen frame rate, are rendered with Enscape and can be used to produce the final animation video.

    Hereafter, 3 animation examples produced with that plugin.

    And also the same program you're mentioning it's heavy resource consumer without too much reason, expensive, without RTX, RayTracing... also you need to make lots of workarounds in other advanced software in order to achieve precise animations. These days we can't afford to waste time when making a consistent presentation.

    I have not paid a cent for Twinmotion unless you are referring to the grossly overpriced Lumion.

  • Hello,

    Have a look at that video, could help (but a bit long)

    Thank you, I did watch it, the trick is to create tweens and batch render, I will give it a go later today, thanks for showing this new possibility
