Terrible Customer Service

  • I am at a loss with how else to contact you regarding this matter.

    You have taken £790 out of my account despite me cancelling my reoccurring subscription. I have emailed multiple times asking for assistance with no response and your phone line has now hung up on me multiple times.

    This is absolutely unacceptable, how am I supposed to get this money back which is now accruing interest on my credit card?

  • PaulBedson , we are currently experiencing higher than normal licensing ticket volumes. We attend to all requests in the order in which they are received, but we are of course sorry about the delay when it comes to the e-mail you've sent us last Thursday.

    You should receive a dedicated further response through the created case later on, but I can already assure you that we'll be refunding you the amount we've charged accordingly, so no worries about that.

    I'm also sorry to hear about the phone line issue, when did you try to call us exactly?
