Hey guys,
I just updated Rhino to Rhino 7 and Enscape to version 3.3. All of the sudden Enscape doesn't recognizes my materials anymore when I use the option 'Use Layer Material'.
However, when I directly appoint the materials to a object, so not using the option 'use layer material', Enscape will render it correctly. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
In the screenshots you can see what I'm doing.

I would like to second this. Same issue is happening on my system after upgrading to Enscape 3.3 with the latest Rhino 7 release. Would be great if a patch could fix this.

Rhinoceros 6では、「プロパティ」でマテリアルが「Use LayerMaterial」に設定されている場合、レイヤーに設定されているマテリアルは反映されません。
バージョン3.2までは、上記の設定が反映されていました。
プログラムを再起動しても問題は改善されません。
これは新しいバージョンのバグだと思いますが、バグが修正される時期と回避策があるかどうかをお知らせください。

You can meanwhile also revert back to our previous release if that is easier for you - Just so you are aware. I'll let you know once we've found a solution to this problem.

The material will go back. But video rendering has an error.
4K / FullHD and I tried it with the lowest quality.
Not working for me as well, have tried everything to get it to work. I find it odd how the objects from assets libraries are showing up fine but not the materials. Please fix this soon as most of us have upcoming deadlines in the next week!!

We have already found a fix for this internally which will be implemented as soon as possible (next Wednesday through a Service Pack patch) - In this case, I would also recommend downgrading for the time being if you're on a deadline especially.

I gathered your posts in this thread as well - As mentioned above, a fix for this issue will be released with our upcoming Service Pack next Wednesday. If you cannot wait until then, feel free to revert back to our previous release if required.
Changing the material at the object property level seems to be a short term work-around. I'm on Rhino 6 (3.3) and see the same issue.

I have moved your post into this existing thread which outlines this issue - This problem will be resolved with our next update on Wednesday. In the meantime, you may want to instead change the material at the object property level as detailed by another user above as a workaround.

I tried reverting back to 3.2 but for some reason still had this issue?
Please kindly also give our latest service pack update a try now if you haven't already, as this should resolve the problem at hand.
