Tracyheywood , if you like to present them without an internet connection on a laptop/computer in general, you can simply save any of your generated panoramas as an individual file:
Afterward, you can make use of a (free) panorama viewer (I tried the first in that list, WPanorama which works great) to display them offline, wherever you are. Hope that helps.

Pardon - What you are looking for instead then would be "sView" instead which you can acquire for free here too.
This also allows you to set up the acquired panoramas in a way you're used to by doing the following:
View -> Panorama -> Sphere
