Web standalone link not work on some PCs

    Hi!

    I have a link that does not work on some pcs and on others it has no problems .... the final error message is: "webgl connexion lost" I tried to load the link with chrome, firefox and explorer but nothing.

    I use a 10Mb model made in sketchup 2022 and the latest version of enscape ... does anyone have any idea what the problem might be ?? thanks

    Please be aware that the corresponding browsers on those PC's on which you experience this issue must be WebGL2 compatible. You can also run this test website to see if that is the case, and if so, let me know so that we can troubleshoot this further. Would you then also kindly let me know the system specifications of at least one of the machines on which you run into this problem? Thanks a lot in advance.
