Can you please let me know which GPU you are using with Enscape? Also, how much RAM has been installed into your system? If you are not sure and/or in any case, kindly submit a Feedback Report with your log files as well.
This behavior is usually caused by your GPU running out of available VRAM. If you try a lower resolution skybox/HDRI file (like 2k) does that make a difference?

The sky box was working perfectly till one day and I dont know why. My GPU is AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics and RAM - 8GB. The skybox with 2K file is the same.

Thanks - Please kindly send in a report as detailed in my last reply then indeed. Also, it cannot hurt to make sure you're using Enscape 3.3.1 at this point as well. You can acquire our latest version here. If that does not do the trick, we'll further get back to you via the created report.

I had the same problem, and it was gtx driver that was out of date. This happened after a format and the driver was wrong. I updated the driver and everything went well.
