I was using Enscape live rendering until my Revit started running slowly. Then I decided to quit and restart the laptop, only to get back to Enscape and see that my license key was deactivated but I did not move to any new machine. If I could get help as soon as possible, I would be very glad because I am on assignment with June 1, 2022 being the deadline.

I've reset your license so you should be able to generally use your EDU key again - Please kindly contact education@chaos.com the next time you require any assistance with your student license key/subscription.

As I unfortunately cannot locate your license using just the machine fingerprint please also get in touch with our licensing team directly using the help center as detailed here: How do I contact Support? (Which we generally reccomend doing whenever you have any inquiries about your license)
Make sure to either share your license key with them or the e-mail used to purchase Enscape in the first place and they'll be able to help you out.

As per my previous reply, I unfortunately cannot locate a license just based on the machine fingerprint.
In this case whenever you require a dedicated reset of your license, simply get in touch with our licensing team by submitting a request via the help center:

If I understand it correctly I reckon you wish to discontinue your subscription? Should that be the case, by turning off the automatic renewal, you can stop it from renewing. The option to disable auto-renewal is available up to 14 days prior to the renewal date for monthly licenses and 30 days for yearly licenses. You can do so via your Enscape account.
