I have a problem with my student license key. I reformat my laptop because there's a problem on it, after fixing it I installed same version/year of revit that I'm using from then. As I entered the the license key of enscape it says it still activate on the other device and if I'm going to use it I need to deactivate it from other device. The problem is I don't know where to deactivate it since I'm using the same device since then.

hi Demian, I have the same problem as Cjadeb but than with an normal version, We needede to reinstal our laptops and now he says that my license is already in use.
Can you deactivate the license so my key works?

since my laptop´s lack of resources... i´ve made a Remote conection so i can render. It has worked fine before... every time i have to disable the licence off course, before accesing in to the other computer. But today i got the same problem in both of the machines unablo to unlock it.
Please tell me if you know what can i do.

We have a final in two weeks and we’ve asked time and time again to get their licenses reset. Mine is working but theres isn’t. PLEASE CAN YOU FIX IT. You are going to lose many people as clients if you do not get better at responding!
