Saurabh Prajapati , can you simply try converting any of your 4k videos using the H264 codec with, for example, VLC? It's completely free software you can acquire and there is a brief but sufficient guide I've found here - It only takes a few clicks to give it a try.
If you're still unsuccessful in uploading your rendered videos to Pinterest, please let me know!
I tried, But not working Sir

Just to make sure, did you receive the exact same error message as before?
Furthermore, this may actually be a problem with Pinterest itself - Right away I've found this complaint here, and please furthermore check out the following page which goes into a bit more detail regarding which specs the video must have (see under Creative specs) for it to be uploaded successfully:

If that does not help at all, is there a chance for you to send me one of those video files which you cannot upload? You may use wetransfer.com and send me the link to the file through a DM.
I can't even upload my 4k render in wetransfer.com.

Just to ensure, have you also made sure that the video you're uploading meets the creative specs listed on the page I've linked?
Excerpt:
If so, you may want to simply use a different file uploader like for example this one here to share the video. It looks like the phone may hinder the upload for some reason to wetransfer - it should not be a problem using a workstation if you'd like to do that instead.
But rendered video is not directly encoded by H.264??
But rendered video is not directly encoded by H.264??
At the moment Our videos are exported using the MPEG-4 codec - As per my last replies, simply convert the videos you want (which shouldn't take very long) and make sure the requirements are met for each platform like Pinterest in this case. (like upload size, length)
Keep in mind that even though you wish to upload your videos via Pinterest directly, you could also use YouTube instead and link them accordingly, as YouTube generally supports a wider array of codecs and video formats.
Okay Thanks
