FIELD OF VIEW DISABLED

Perhaps you have simply activated "Synchronize Views" through the Enscape toolbar in SketchUp?

Doing so will, as the name says, synchronize the love view with Enscape through SketchUp, which means it'll also use SU's set-up Field of View instead. Once you disable this feature, you should be able to manually adjust your FoV again.

Let me know if that doesn't solve it.
