Hi Enscape Community!
Hoping someone out there knows a solution for creating white gradient glass in SketchUp.
I import in a simple white gradient PNG created from photoshop as my material base. When I try to achieve the look in the image attached (desired look.jpg) things just get weird. When rendered through Enscape, the png gradient will either look super grainy or render out as a dark gradient.
I learned that if the opacity is at 94% the graininess goes away. This actually created the look that I was going for and I got super excited. Everything was great until I tried a view with sunlight turned off. When there is no sunlight, the glass will turn to a dark gradient and become more transparent looking.
If I was doing still renders I would just photoshop the glass in but I have to create an animation. Any help would be super appreciated!
