Material texture resolution is being downgraded in renders.

  • I have noticed that the enscape engine will reduce the resolution of high quality texture maps. For example, if you create a material with 4k or even 2k diffuse and normal map and render a close up image at full resolution, the textures will not be crisp like the original but rather blurry. It seems that enscape will downsample the textures, presumably for faster rendering.

    Is there a way to allow the engine to read and output full resolution textures?
